Hi Becky ~
Thanks for the invoice. But more than that….thanks for a great experience. Both you and Brian are professional and wonderful to work with. We have already recommended you to several people, so you should be hearing from some of them within the next 4 to 6 months and others are looking down the line within the next year. Please let me know the amount of the dollar difference and we will be happy to send you a check.
Please tell Brian and Joe thank you for their amazing “rescue” of my ukulele. I can’t tell you what it meant to me.
Warm regards and may you have more success than you ever imagined!

Becky,
I just looked over at home all the cool things I bought today and have come to the conclusion that everything is GREAT! Thank you so much for hosting such wonderful events! See you next week, and I won’t stray to other companies anymore. Last week, this guy said that he was having a “huge” sale, “the estate sale of my dreams,” I should “rent a van and bring $6,000.” I dragged my husband to this one to help me, and it turned out that the friends and family of the person who’d passed away had been allowed to take “small mementos” before the public was allowed in, but AFTER the pictures had been posted. It was a bait and switch, but I think the organizer didn’t mean to be dishonest — he was just inexperienced, and didn’t realize that the family and friends would strip the house of virtually every pretty thing. Anyway, I was kind of put out, and I wrote him an email explaining that I didn’t think he handled the sale professionally. Also, he let in 36 people all at once, and the scene was chaotic. The prices were absurd for dealers. We had to wait at the jewelry table for the woman to write up the subtotal before moving on with our little jewelry bags. The whole thing was just a disorganized mess, and the selection was horrible. I bought little and missed you and your gang very much. I will definitely see you next week, and thank you again for today’s sale, at which I breathed a sigh of relief.
Warmly and with appreciation,
Nena
Lastly- I want you to know how appreciative I am for your help! You guys did a great job and per Nat- were a real pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for your support during this brutal time. Have a great week and we’ll see you soon. I think Nat and I are going to attend a sale.

Thank you Becky,
I completely understand. I was out of town and lost track
on my emails, I LOOOOOVVVVEED that pic of that life size nutcracker
soldier.. to die for.
I have been going to your sales since May ad am newer to the scene, however
I really wanted you to know that your staff are the best staff out there and
they are always so pleasant and kind and helpful and cheerful and honest and
fair and I guess I cant say enough about them. I dont know their names each
and every one, however they are terrific and while I am out there searching
at other estate sales… you are very blessed to have such a great staff and
that is quite a compliment.
Further, if I ever know anyone that needs an estate sale, I would ONLY
direct them to you. I sell real estate in Seattle, so occassionally I have
clients with the need.
Hope to see you soon, and one of these days I will remember my re-sale cert,
or scan and email to you.
Thanks again for everything.

Dear Becky.
On behalf of my family, I wish to thank you for the excellent job you did staging my mom’s estate sale. It was a pleasure doing business with you and your professional crew.
You took away all my stress and worry, and I was grateful to be able to turn all the responsibilities over to you in setting up and selling my mom’s treasures of a lifetime.
I will highly recommend you and your staff to anyone who might need these services.
Thank you,

Hi Becky,
Just wanted to tell you all again what a great job you all did! All your people were terrific.
Thank you so much.
The charity was also a great find, they will have everything remaining gone by Monday.
Looking forward to seeing the final total.

Hi Becky,
You did a fantastic job on a sale for us in Issaquah a few months ago (you may remember it as the house with the huge metal lions out front). I have another house in Bothell that I’m hoping you might be able to help me with this Spring.
I’m actually stopping by the Woodinville sale tomorrow to look at something I’m interested in – any chance you’ll be there? I’d love to thank you in person for the Issaquah job and see how your spring schedule looks for the Bothell house.
Many thanks,
Shannon (2-15-2010)
Becky,
Thank you very much for all your hard work and effort you put into the sale. I will definitely recommend you if anyone I know has a need.
I appreciate you letting me know how it went, and now its on to selling the house. If it goes as smoothly as this did I will be very happy.
You have a tough job and you make others lives better because of what you and your team do. Thank you again.

Hi Becky,
I received your check a few days ago and we just saw the house this afternoon . . . what a great service you offer! You’ll get a good recommendation from me if anyone asks.
Brian might appreciate that we had to take the top off the desk to get it out of the bedroom.
Thanks for your help.

May I suggest an Estate Sale? I shop Estate Sales all the time because I’m an eBay seller. As far as I’m concerned, Girlfriends Estate Sales is the best. They are fair, respectful and run a great sale and you won’t be settling for pennies on the dollar. You can get in touch with Becky, the owner of Girlfriends at 425 829-3848. She lives in Renton and works all over the Seattle-Tacoma area. I could sell your smaller pieces for you on eBay if you’re interested. I wish you luck with what can certainly be an overwhelming undertaking.

Becky,
I wanted to thank you and your team for a great job on my mother’s recent estate sale (130– 6th NW, Seattle). The house was left in great shape; we didn’t need to do anything other than remove a few items, which were expected. I am very pleased and thankful for your services and will be sure to share my thoughts and referrals with others in similar situations.

Hi Becky,
Now that the dust has settled and I can get organized with my life, I wanted to thank you, Brian and your wonderful team of workers that put together an amazing sale for the estate of my brother. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that his house could become so organized for the sale in such a short amount of time. The sale was beyond our expectations and the house was left in great condition. If you ever need a recommendation, feel free to use us. You were a life saver in getting us ready for the next step.
Thanks,

Becky,
Thanks so much for all your help during a difficult time. Without you and the support of my husband’s family, I would have been overwhelmed. I appreciate that you priced things to sell. Buyers felt as though they’d been invited to a party, and left with perfect gifts. I had the opportunity to share the stories and history of family things, and know that it meant a lot to the buyer. Becky, you’re welcome to use this as a testimonial for your website.
Thanks,
Katey

Dear Becky,
Thank you so much for all your help, it really was a successful sale because of your pricing and I had a huge turnout. I had many of your customers stop by my sale and speak very highly of you, thank you for bringing me the extra business. My neighbors all said they had never seen such a turnout for a neighborhood sale, thanks to you for all the advise and preparations to make it happen. I would be happy to recommend Girlfriends Estate Services anytime.
Best regards,
Barbara

Thanks again for great job you both did putting our very successful estate sale together. As you know, we are moving to California, so I want to say good-bye. We leave 2 weeks from today. It was really nice getting to know you, Rick, Heidi and Jack during the two years I’ve been to your estate sales. I hope to find quality professionals like yourselves in the Sacramento area. Good luck and I hope the future brings you much health, happiness, and prosperity.

Hello there,
I was the one that bought that HUGE mirror from the estate sale in Bellevue this weekend. Just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I really appreciated you giving me that deal. At 200 bucks both you and I know that it’s worth more than that however I wanted to thank you again for the great deal. I do love your estate sales – I’m going to have to book mark your site and I look forward to your next one. Thanks again, your company stands apart from the rest.

Dear Becky,
Thanks for the emails as I read them all . Please do keep in touch on the coins as they come into the process. I also have interest and some expertise with guns and railroad collectibles. You folks did a great job for me and I am a positive reference if you ever need.
God Bless and Happy New Year,
Ronnie B. R&B Coins
Thanks again for a great job — you have a terrific team!
Best,
Elizabeth
I wanted to thank you again so much for all your help in disposing of my mom’s household possessions. You and your “helpers” were just incredibly efficient and organized – I was so happy to turn over what for me was an overwhelming task. What was almost more important though was everyone’s attitude through the entire process. I was struck by how sensitive and kind everyone was – the companies I had talked to previously were so dismissive about what was available to sell and how it wasn’t worth their time. You and your staff obviously realized what was in the house represented not only a person but also a family, and there was value there because of that. I am so very grateful to you and everyone else for your sensitivity.
Also, please use me as a reference if anyone asks for one. You took what was turning out to be a terrible experience and turned it around. Thanks again so much.
Best regards,
B. Bos
Hi Becky,
Thanks for talking with me last night. I am amazed and thrilled that all of that “left behind” stuff is bringing in so much money! I am so happy that all of your work will bring you a nice reward!
Ken was so impressed with all of the work you had done, how organized everything was and easy to navigate.
I wanted to share one thing: My parents would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary next month. In all my life I have only seen one photo of their wedding day. It was taken of in the living room/front hall of my grandma’s house. None of the other photos turned out, I think it was a problem with the developer. Well, lo and behold, there was a small box of slides marked “wedding” in the stash of slides you gave Ken.
They were from my parent’s wedding. It was great to see them with their cake, with her bridesmaid/best friend Dixie who I have known all my life, in a spunky little red dress & matching hat, and my mom looking just like Jackie O with her little hat & short veil. What a surprise. Anyway, we’d have never missed that stuff if you had just sold it, but THANKS for setting it aside for us.
I am still trying to get used to the idea that my mom is gone, and the sweet little reminders of her life are wonderful.
You, Rick, and your whole crew of helpers deserve HUGE thanks, flowers, hugs, you name it. Just thinking about having to have done the garage sale ourselves brings me to tears. I just couldn’t have done it. You have carved out a very interesting and therapeutic career in doing this work!
Thanks again Becky,
Lesley
